A McHenry County Democratic Party chairman-turned-candidate has formed a campaign committee in support of his race for the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Thomas J. Cynor created the committee Citizens for Cynor on Thursday and filed his statement of organization Monday, Illinois State Board of Elections records show. The Woodstock attorney had not filed financial reports as of Monday.
Cynor was tapped late in March to make the party’s bid against incumbent Republican Lou Bianchi.
